Garosugil in Sinsa-dong is one of the famous streets in Korea.
It is a street that runs from Sinsa Station (Subway Line 3) to Hyeondae high school. If you take the subway, so easy to find this place. The name Garosugil is from the ‘tree-lined streets’ which is adorned with beautiful ginkgo trees. In autumn, the street that covered with golden ginkgo leafs is so awesome. Garosugil stretches less than a kilometer in Sinsa-dong but is still considered a main area within the greater Gangnam area. It is known among both citizens and foreign tourists not just because it is a beautiful promenade in the middle of the city, but because it offers unique cultural tastes and artistic sensibilities.
This place is also known for its galleries, restaurants, bars, cafes, as well as clothing boutiques and art design bookshops.
